Leadership Story
Saloni joined Udaan with a focus on Adivasi dance and worked to challenge stigma around girls participating in cultural expression in tribal communities.
Through performances in Bhopal and nearby villages, she developed confidence, independent mobility, and leadership skills.
As Joint President, she strengthens outreach with tribal communities and supports youth participation in collective action for gender equality.
