Leadership Story
Radhika, from Nayapura and currently pursuing Social Work studies, led school-based self-defense workshops to address eve-teasing and mobility risks.
She advocated for karate classes in school systems and engaged boys in dialogue to reduce derogatory language and everyday sexism.
As Treasurer, she combines financial discipline with field leadership to support sustainable and accountable grassroots programming.
